Construction Supervison

• Deploying construction manager to coordinate and manage all construction contracts of the project
• Deploying civil, mechanical/piping, electrical, instrumentation engineers to ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings & agreed time schedule, Certify contractor’s bills. Carry out inspection to ensure quality.
• Deploying safety officer for monitoring the safety aspects during the construction phase of the project.
• Deploying stores keeper for managing the project related materials.
• Deploying planning officer for planning, monitoring, documentation & report generation
• Deploying additional engineers for coordinating with client's production team during pre-commissioning stage
